Mwiri Students Lead Anthem Performances at 100th Rotaract District Conference

In a proud display of talent and school spirit, students from Busoga College Mwiri took center stage yesterday at the prestigious 100th Rotaract District Conference held at Civil Service College in Jinja. The young men from our school had the honor of leading the anthem performances that opened the landmark conference.

The selected choir delivered powerful renditions of both the national and East African anthems, setting a dignified and inspiring tone for the proceedings. Their crisp uniforms and precise vocal harmonies drew appreciative applause from the assembled Rotaract delegates and distinguished guests.

“Our students have once again demonstrated the excellence and leadership qualities that Mwiri College has cultivated for generations,” noted the school’s music director. “Being invited to perform at such a significant Rotaract milestone speaks volumes about the reputation our students have built in the community.”

The 100th District Conference marks a century of Rotaract’s service and leadership development in our region. Having Mwiri College students participate in this historic occasion strengthens the school’s longstanding commitment to community service and developing well-rounded leaders.

The performance not only showcased our students’ musical abilities but also reinforced Mwiri College’s presence in important regional events. We congratulate our anthem performers on representing the school with such distinction and upholding our tradition of excellence.
